To receive technical support, you must have current support on your Zemax key and be running the latest version of OpticStudio. If you are currently under Support and would like assistance, please email or schedule a call with one of our Support engineers. To help us resolve your request quickly, please include the file that you're working on. We treat all customer files with complete confidentiality. Before contacting Technical Support, please read the Knowledgebase article about what technical support covers. If you are not under Support, you can purchase support on our website. Support is sold on an annual basis. The first year is included free with the purchase of OpticStudio.
